After Hour Sessions
Sessions outside standard office hours have been made available to assist with access to services for those with other commitments. Saturday sessions are available with Josh Shalevski.
These sessions incur an ‘out of hours’ surcharge of $20, which is applied in addition to above standard session rates.
Reports
Written reports (including school and work-related letters) are typically invoiced at the sessional rate (as above outlined). Please note, we are unable to complete medico-legal, family court or forensic reports.
Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand ours is too. With session times in high demand, we require a minimum of 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or the full fee may be incurred.
We welcome Telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be unable to attend in person.
